Registration Fees for the 2021 Season

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS: Little League International requires us to collect and forward digital copies of player's birth certificates and three proofs of residency (or the School Enrollment Form): Click Here We will not accept paper copies. 2021 RAFFLE FUNDRAISER: (There is no buyout this season. GNBLL will be in touch if you have already registered and chose buyout)
Due to Covid-19 concerns, this year’s fundraiser will look different than usual. For the 2021 season, the fundraiser will consist of a $150.00 fundraiser fee per registrant, which in turn translates into 75 tickets ($2 each) for a raffle at the end of the year that has monetary prizes* awarded to the winners.
- Each registrant sells 75 tickets.
- Each ticket costs the buyer $2.00 (they can buy as many as they want).
- Sell them all to recoup your fundraiser fee or keep some for yourself for a chance to win, the choice is yours.
- Tickets can be sold throughout the season.
- Each ticket has a perforated end for the buyer to fill out with their name and contact information on it.
- Winning amounts will be on the ticket with all information for the buyer.
- Tickets can be turned in at the concession stand at Kulwicki Park up until the drawing date of July 16, 2021 (live at Kulwicki Park).
- Once a ticket is drawn it will be removed from the raffle, therefore if you have purchased more than (1) raffle ticket you have multiple chances of winning.
- Ticket release dates for sale are TBD, once registered please watch your emails for a release date.
- Winners need not be present to win! We ask that the buyer keep the other end of the ticket for verification purposes.

PLEASE NOTE - 2020 BEER & WINE TASTING FUNDRAISER: The 2020 Beer & Wine Tasting Fundraiser is going forward with a limited number of tickets still available. Date will be determined - this event will be held at Kulwicki Park so it will be outside.
VOLUNTEERING: All volunteering will be handling by their individual teams. Volunteer checks are NOT required in 2021. Only sign up during registration if you intend to be a Head Coach or Assistant Coach. Please note all individuals in contact with children MUST COMPLETE A BACKGROUND CHECK. This includes "Team Helpers" once the volunteering is established.
REFUND POLICY:
If a player decides to withdraw, a refund of the registration fee is available only up until the time of a player's first game. If uniforms have already been ordered, the amount refunded will be the registration amount less the cost of the uniform given GNBLL is unable to cancel the order or recoup the cost once uniform orders are submitted. If you withdraw after the start of the first game, the registration fee will not be refunded. If you have requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
